A form submission is a provisional request, not a confirmed reservation. Your place is confirmed only when the Mini Broomhill team contacts you. Please include every visitor, including adults and free places.

Prices, payment and changes
Where a charge applies, the team will confirm the price, payment arrangements and any cancellation or change terms before the booking is completed. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Supervision
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children throughout every visit. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Play safely
Mini Broomhill is a no-shoe zone and everyone must wear socks. Follow staff guidance, use the play space as intended and tell a team member promptly about damage, spills or safety concerns.
Health and additional needs
Please stay at home if anyone in your group is unwell. Tell the team about accessibility or support needs when booking so that they can explain the space and prepare where possible.
Food, photos and privacy
Food and drinks stay in the café seating area. Photograph only your own children, respect other visitors' privacy and do not share identifying images of others without their permission.
