Broomhill Methodist Centre is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults, and to responding carefully when somebody raises a concern.
Activities connected with the centre should follow appropriate Methodist safeguarding policies, safer-working practices and role requirements. Leaders and volunteers must work within the boundaries and training relevant to their responsibilities.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children during Mini Broomhill public play sessions unless a specific activity clearly states different arrangements. Concerns should be passed promptly to the responsible activity leader or safeguarding contact.
