Broomhill Methodist Centre is part of Sheffield Methodist Circuit. The relevant Circuit and centre teams are responsible for using information submitted through this website fairly, securely and only for an appropriate purpose.
We use information to provide a requested service or respond to an enquiry, manage bookings and safety, administer community activities, meet legal responsibilities and—with consent—send newsletter updates.
Booking contact details are kept private and are not shown on the public calendar. The current public Mini Broomhill booking system operates on a separate website with its own checkout and privacy information. This BMC website does not collect payment-card details.
Access is limited to approved Sheffield Methodist Circuit staff, volunteers, administrators and service providers who need the information to run the relevant activity or website service. We do not sell personal information.
We review website submissions regularly and keep them only while they are needed for the activity, enquiry, legal record or consented mailing list. Newsletter details are kept until the person unsubscribes.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw newsletter consent. Email tom.rattigan@sheffieldcircuit.org.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Links to booking, climbing, maps, Facebook and other organisations lead to services with their own privacy and cookie information. Opening an external website may share technical information with that provider.
